Refunds & Repairs

Because each piece of Silver Fin Co jewelry is handmade and one of a kind, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your jewelry and are happy to help with repairs when possible.

Repairs

If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of purchase, a free repair is available with proof of purchase. If the piece needs to be shipped, the customer is only responsible for the cost of shipping.

For repairs after 30 days, please email us with your order information and a photo of the piece. We will review the damage and let you know if a repair is possible.

We love to reuse and avoid wasting these beautiful, natural pieces. Please email us before shipping, and we will provide you with the correct shipping address.

While our jewelry is made to be durable and created with high-quality materials, each piece is handmade and should be handled with care.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
